Hello all,

I believe I've found some usable stub axles with a 1 3/4" spindle. Here's a link: http://www.princessauto.com/truck-trailer/trailer-parts-and-accessories/axles/2080018-high-speed-stub-axle-assembly

How would I mount these to a conventional 2x2x1/4" tube steel saw-head-frame and still have them adjustable for tracking? I believe I would use the typical sliding assembly for blade tension, so that's already figured out. Any thoughts on mounting these axles though? I was considering drilling a 1 3/4" hole through a piece of 3x3x1/4" box and welding the spindles to it, which would in turn be welded to 1/4"plate and that plate would be welded to the head-frame. Does anybody have better, simpler ideas?

Thanks so much, Brent.
