I spent way too much time over-thinking my bandmill and way too little time just building it. I also should have invested money on certain parts instead of being a cheapa**. It has cost more in the long run. Trying to save money is one thing, but being extremely aggravated trying to build a machine that spins a blade with teeth as big as a 4 iron at a speed of 62 mph, is another thing. Put it this way, everytime a blade flies off because of a cheap part, there goes $25+ wasted on a blade because I saved $25 on 1-3/16" shaft and bearings versus a 1-7/16". So, anyway, that's it.
